High school students from schools across the Horodok community visited TBF Group to gain a closer look at modern manufacturing, explore career opportunities, and learn more about future professional pathways.
During the visit, we discussed career choices, the challenges of today’s labour market, and the opportunities available to young people in their local community. We believe it is important to show students that they can build successful careers close to home — in a modern Ukrainian company that invests in its people, innovation, and manufacturing.
What impressed us most was the students’ genuine curiosity, thoughtful questions, and eagerness to learn more about different professions, manufacturing processes, and the career opportunities available at TBF Group.
