TBF Group became one of Ukraine’s first companies to establish zero-waste and environmentally friendly manufacturing.
‘Zero waste’ has been implemented at all stages of processing. The Company processes the raw materials collected in non-polluted areas into not-from-concentrate (NFC) juice and concentrates. In the course of juice manufacture, aromatic substances that evaporate into the air condense into natural flavours. The Company processes the pomace left after juice extraction into pectin.
We utilize fruit waste that is not used for pectin manufacture, as well as wood chips, as biofuel for our manufacturing facilities. The Company has not used natural gas since 2007.
This manufacturing process enables the Company to utilize 100% of its processed products and create zero waste that pollutes the environment.

The Company’s team pursues an environmental policy for the efficient use of natural and energy resources and promotes waste reduction initiatives.
