We produce concentrated juices by physical impact, from the edible part of high-quality, ripe, washed and sorted fruits and vegetables. Product preservation is achieved by reducing water activity through concentration in vacuum evaporators to a thick, viscous consistency and a soluble solids content of at least 65.0%.
Concentrated juices are produced using enzymes, clarifying agents, filter materials (approved for use in the food industry), without the addition of sugars, sweeteners, extracts, acids, flavours, preservatives or other additives.
